Types of songs
Well it’s all spare time really. It’s the like the way I’ve taught myself piano, I’ve never really practised, I just learnt through writing really: “I’ve learnt three chords, let’s make them into a song”; “I’ve learnt four chords let’s make them into another song”. That’s how I progressed so I play more of my own stuff than anyone else’s really.
Having said that, if I find a nice piano or I sit down to play at my house I just improvise or I’ll play fucking ballads and shit that you can have good sing at like that horrible/excellent video on YouTube of me doing Hallelujah. I loved that.

Yeah, I like it too. It fucking gets loads of hits and people are going “I can’t believe you said that about Jeff Buckley” but I was drunk in a pub, no one was supposed film it and get 50,000 people to watch it!

I think my brand of eyeliner is Re- Ra- Revlon? Ravlon?

Revlon. And my pencil, I don’t know, but it’s one of those that’s not actually wood.

Well no, cos you still have to sharpen them but the stuff is not wood. I don’t have it with me otherwise I’d show it to you.
Anyway, it doesn’t seem to matter really, it’s just a case of putting enough on so that it smudges right.
That’s actually one of the disappointing things about my DVD; my eyeliner was fucked that night. And I wore the wrong shirt. It’s ridiculous. I made so many mistakes last night, I was just thinking “Thank God this isn’t my DVD recording”. Anyway, carry on; that’s not really interesting.
